Buying Policy When you purchase an item through our cart, you have 2 hours to pay for the item before it will be restocked. Please do not hit the BUY NOW button if you do not intend to pay for it. Any person that does so, will be reported to Hyena Cart Stores. Shipping Policy All items have the option of Insurance. Insurance allows you to claim any damaged or undelivered packages. We are NOT responsible for items that have not been delivered and do not have insurance. All of our packages within the United States comes with a Delivery Confirmation which you will recieve via Paypal with USPS. Any Canadian or Over Sea mail does have insurance options, but usually run over $20.00 to ship. Please contact me for any out of State shipping questions. Shipping options are mostly First Class. If you would like Priority or 2nd Day shipping, please contact me for further details. Shipping is priced exactly to weight, plus Packaging. Return Policy ~ We allow 100% returns on items that have defects or something wrong with the sewing. ~ If you are returning because the item did not fit, we will refund you minus the shipping. ~ The item returned must be unworn, unwashed and within the 30 days after purchase.
