Payment Policy

When you purchase an item through our cart, you have 2 hours to pay for the item before it will be restocked. Please do not hit the BUY NOW button if you do not intend to pay for it. Any person that does so, will be reported to Hyena Cart Stores.

We accept all forms of payment via PayPal, RME, Money Order and Personal Checks (US funds only). Checks, Money Orders, and Paypal e-checks will be held 10 days until payment clears.

Shipping & Packaging

Shipping charges are based on actual shipping costs and the cost of packaging (if there is any). Delivery confirmation is included in the total shipping cost for both your safety and ours.

All items have the option of Insurance. Insurance allows you to claim any damaged or undelivered packages. We are NOT responsible for items that have not been delivered and do not have insurance. Any Canadian or Over Sea mail does have insurance options, but usually run over $20.00 to ship. Please contact me for any out of State shipping questions.

Shipping options are mostly First Class. If you would like Priority or 2nd Day shipping, please contact me for further details.

We are a family run business and we ship from our home. We typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. Custom items are shipped within 1 to 6 weeks depending on the wait list. You will be contacted via e-mail with an estimated time frame of when your item will be completed and shipped. If we are unable to ship by that time frame, you will be contacted immediately.

My Boho Baby believes in conserving the Earth, so we do try to reuse packaging materials that are still in good condition. All ribbons and paper used the packaged your item is also reused and we encourage you to do the same.

Refunds & Returns

My Boho Baby strives for perfection in all our "one of a kind" hand sewn pieces. Our main goal is a satified customer. If you have any questions about your purchase, please feel free to email us.

You may return your NON-custom(instock) item for a full refund minus shipping within 15 days of receiving your product provided the item is new, unwashed and unused. When necessary we will fix/replace your item within 90 days, if it has been found to be defective. My Boho Baby reserves the right to determine defectiveness.

Custom Order Policy

Turn-around time for custom orders vary from 2 to 6 weeks from receipt of payment. If you need an item customized sooner, we do "priority custom requests" for a slight upcharge.

Once your custom order has been paid for in full, production of your specialty item begins. Since each custom item is based on your specific measurements and requirements, custom items are NON-refundable. There are no exceptions for returns on custom orders.
